Default More crankcase breathing?

I just changed my rear camshaft seal (behind the camshaft sensor) as my car was leaking profusely. Gratefully, it took care of my leak. However, after inspecting the old seal it appeared to have no visible damage but it was partially "blown out" of its position, it was very easy to remove and wasn't seated correctly which leads me to believe that there was too much pressure in the crankcase. Oddly enough i jusst changed my pcv system last month (before the leak emerged) which has me scratching my head as to why the seal would blow AFTER changing my pcv system. I'm worried my rear main seal will be next, and quite frankly, if it does, I'll likely toss the car. 1998 S70 T5, 250k kms, can't spend another grand on this puppy, and don't have the tools to do the rear main seal myself.

Instead of bothering with the stock pcv system, which I've already changed, I'm wondering if a custom additional breather could be added to prevent seals blowing out in the future, either blowing into atmosphere or an additional breather box. I've seen something done on youtube on various engines...
Is there anything that people have tried out there on Volvos...maybe something neat and tidy off the Oil cap to prevent too much crank case pressure?

Any ideas or advice?

To start, don't worry about what has NOT happened. I had 2 can seals blow out on our S70 over 3 years ago and no issues with the RMS. The seal may have been on edge from the system being blocked before.

Yes I have seen mods for the PCV system. Do a Google search to find what's been done.
