Default Multiple problems

1. Replace the light for speedo/tach.

2. Oil lines

3. Went from getting 20 mpg to under 15

How do you guys suggest I tackle these problems?

Man, I guess 1 at a time. I would do the oil line 1st.

As for the MPG something is wrong. I get more than 23 MPG when I drive agressively. I think my S70 GLT gets around 26 MPG. Check for codes and maybe do a tune up.

NICE!! What have you done to your car to get that high of an MPG? My car was getting about 20, 21 when it was running well.

My question is what are you doing to get that bad of mileage? My 98 S70 GLT gets 24 or so MPG, and it's usually in sport mode with a loaded- down trunk. Do a thorough check of everything, maybe a complete stage 0, and see what happens... but do the oil lines first. Oil is important If you've done a tune- up recently, try cleaning the MAF, changing the thermostat and fuel filter, make sure your tires are up and alignment is good... basically run through the usual " get the best mileage" list. There's something not quite right with that car.

Something most of us overlook in MPG is check your tire pressure. Also reset your computer on the dash...

Good tire pressure, good engine temp, hypermilling driving techniques, oem plugs & wires, 91+ octane usually gets the good milage. I also pump name brand gas stations. Usually try to stay away from 10% ethonal.

Just checked my 960 and I'm getting 22 mpg on it. Just put some new tires that are suppose to get better milage. They ride real nice and quiet as well, even at HIGH speeds. ;-)

Dude... Hypermiling in an 850 R? seriously?
All joking aside... driving techniques and basic maintenance do make a huge difference in fuel economy... but if mileage is really low... something is wrong, and needs attention.
