I recently changed my Gas filter,but lately I have been hearing a not too loud pitching noise by my gas Tank on the driver side at IDDLE,near the rear tire not sure if it,s related to the filter since it,s in the opposite side of it,noise is not very LOUD,but I can hear it.

 

That is the sound of the gas tank sucking your wallet dry. Sorry I couldn't help it. Please forgive me. It might be a loose connection between the filter and the hoses. Is the car still running smoothly?

Maybe it is the fuel pump making the noise.
