Default problem with my switch

i seem to have encountered a problem with my windown switch on my car the rear passenger side window will roll down and up with the switch on the door but when i use the switch for it on the driver side door it will go down but not up so ik its a bad switch my question is how hard would it be to replace and fix?

To replace is very easy. Using a hook tool pull the switch out of the door panel and replace.

I had the exact same problem with thefront passenger window. Before you buy any new swiches try disconecting the swich and then reconecting it. I sent mine into the shop for a problem with the check strap in the drivers door. to fix this they had to take the internals of the door off. When I got the car back the passenger window swich was working again. I think the conections just get dirty over time.
