Question Projector Headlights

I'm looking at getting some projector headlights from IPD but I'm not sure which to go with; Black or Chrome.

My car is black so I was thinking the blacks, but also think that the chrome would give a nice modern look. I want to keep the car looking clean so again I'm leaning towards the chrome but haven't seen any pictures of what either look like on the car.

Does anyone have them on their car, or any pics of either the black or chrome on a car?

Any thoughts, opinions or pics appreciated.

On a black car I would go with the black projectors, but that's just my opinion.

I have a white s70 and went with the Chrome Projectors.

Before my matching turn signals came in.

*Here are the black ones on a black car from EuroSportTuning (EST) website. They also sell the Chrome and Black Projectors. (Below)

1. These are great headlights and turn signals!

2. Put Chrome dipped turn signal bulbs in the turn signals so that when they are off you don't see the bulb. Like with an Amber bulb. Pulls the look off very well with Chrome dipped bulbs.

3. The three 10mm bolts on the back of each headlight in the past have been prone to coming out while tightening them, be careful.

4. Halogen bulbs in the headlights look ok, but if you want real performance get HID's to finish the look. The light output with the Projectors added with HID's is just unbelievable!

Thanks for the pics!! I like the look of both so this is going to be a tough decision..

I have HID headlights and love the light output; Can't wait to see what they look like with projectors

You will have to AIM your projectors... Which can be difficult to do. I would recommend taking it to a local shop that has a headlight aiming tool and spend the $20 it costs to do.

Unless you want to take a stab at it, but you have to be on a perfectly level ground with a wall in front of you.

Thanks it doesn't have the eyebrows anymore and it has a 1998 V70XC grille on it instead of the EST black mesh grille.

I also don't have the polished upper ic pipe you see with BOV on it anymore.

Nice S70Driver!!! I'm actually looking at getting black Projectors for my white S70...but that's because I like the white/black contrast on cars.

T5 Driver: POST PICS!!!
