Default Rough idling and missing

My 1998 S70 non turbo has been idling rough and miissing. I recently changed the spark plugs, wires, distributor cap, and rotor but no change. The missing is especially frequent when a load is put on the engine suddenly or going up a slope. At high speeds (50+) on hyway missing doesn't seem to occur. My mechanic's computer says that cylinders 2 and 5 are misfiring. Does anyone know why these are symptoms are occurring? It was suggested that I might need a new camshaft position sensor. Help!

could be the coil as well. when the engine in under load it requires a full spark that a weak coil can't deliver...
