just had engine replaced 2 weeks ago and when u accelerate it stops at 3500 rpms till u let off gas and losses all power even if you floor it it wont go faster or raise rpms, when it hits 3500 rpms it also makes a loud noise, it sounds like the turbo blow off is continuously purging until u let off gas. no power loss during normal driving. just had the engine replaced, new engine has 42,000 miles and for ome reason the turbo on new engine looks smaller. also it only does it75% of the time im driving it, somtimes it will shoot right up to 6000rpms no problem. engine light is on, codes say emissions leakand smoge pump, i have replacement pump but idk how that will help with performance.i love my 1998 volvo s70 t5 turbo plz help me
