Default S70 Turn Signals Intermittently Quit

The turn signals on our 1998 S70 quit randomly. At first the fuse (#27) would blow, now the signals just quit. If I turn the car off and restart, the signals work. I replaced the hazard switch....no luck. Would appreciate any advice.

i ended up replacing the sockets in the front and cleaning up my new ones and it fixed for me. i suggest cleaning the sockets with a small wire brush or something of that manner.
