I have an S70 T5 with only 72k on it but the Service Reminder won't reset now. Has Volvo Service done something that invalidates the reset instructions published here?

Sometimes it can take up to 10 times before it resets. It can be a PITA.

:-). Thanks for the information, and yes, you are right it is the PITA. For as long as I've been resetting the service reminder, I've never had to do this more than once until now. I'm a very suspicious sort and the car had just been in to have "new software" loaded under an "extended warranty". Grumbling...
