ok i just got a s70 without fender side markers and i was wondering if someone can confirm there is a pre cut out hole for the side markers? i have the side markers with a wire harness and just wanted to make sure before i start ripping things apart that there is a hole under the VOLVO badge thanks!

 

I had a 1995 850 N/A and it had the badges on the fenders and there were holes behind them.

So I am going to say YES there are holes there.

 

ok awsome i guess ill go for it. also another question, if i buy an uncut key for my car i know someone who can cut it, but will the key have to be programmed to the car? like the chip in it? or does the 98 s70s not have immobilizers or chips in the keys?

 

The 98 S70 does not have the immobilizer.
