my front right headlight wiper is stuck up at about a 45degree angle. anyone had this problem and have a solution?

 

Does it move when you run the windshield cleaner? If not, the motor is gone. If it does, remove the blade and reinstall it in the proper possition.

 

yeah, it moves then, that is how it gets stuck. but then when i run the washer again it doesnt go down. it goes/went back down after the car sat for about 10 hours, i started it and it went back down on its own. i think that i am just going to unplug the electric motor.
