Default Turn Signals Issue

So about a week ago my turn signals quit blinking. If I flip the right or left signal on, the light will come on but it's just a constant light and won't blink (so I've been doing it manually to make it seem like it's blinking which is a PITA). My only guess is that my flasher could be bad but other than that I have zero idea whatsoever. Anyone got any ideas?

Oh and if I try to turn the hazards on, nothing happens at all.

I would remove all of the bulbs to make sure none of them are fused together, the contacts that is.

If that doesn't turn up anything, I believe the flasher switch is the relay that controls the blinking.

How common is it for the contacts to fuse together? And where is the flasher located on my car?
