Urgent help with 98 volvo S70!

my turning signals and right low beam fuse keeps blowing? why?

everytime i change the fuse it blows.

You have a short somewhere. It may be a broken light switch or broken wire in your turn signal stalk.

When does it blow, what do you do to get it to blow?
