Default Urgent help w/ heater issue...HELP

Just changed upper, lower, and degas bottle hoses. Car is a 98 v70 t5. After filling with coolant and running to operating temp with controls to full heat, heater will only blow hot on drivers side vents.

Have a vacuum hose leading nowhere, one that comes off the 12v box clipped to line back of the airbox. (yellow stripe on black rubber line I believe...

Any thoughts from you guys on this?

EDIT: HEATER ISSUE HAS BEEN RESOLVED. THANKS FOR YOUR VIEWS! However, the airbox and battery tray removal on this car were "interesting." Hose is still hanging, car is running great for now...

P.S. What have you guys used to relieve the serpentine/drive belt tension? THIS IS NOW MY MAIN INQUIRY!!

Thanks in advance.

Step 6 here to remove serpentine belt: Timing belt replacement instructions on a 1997 Volvo 960

You can view most timing belt instructions to see serpentine removal instructions.

Thanks for taking the time to post the link; I appreciate it...Couldnt quite make sense of the serpentine/ drive belt tensioner relief tool...

Just need to know what to stick in the hole to allow me to rotate the tensioner. Its driving me bananas! Thanks again for your time.
