Default Which Vacuum Hose Is This?

This car is a 2000 Volvo S70 GLT SE Turbo 2.4L

This hose in the pictures is badly crimped as you can tell. I have been having startup issues with the car lately not turning over immediately. Not sure how long this hose has been like this but the car just started having recent startup issues. I was also getting an ETS light before on the dash as well as two check engine light codes, P0455 and another one which were both related to vacuum leaks, evap trouble. Im wondering if this crimped hose is related to any of these issues. Either way I want to replace this hose with a new one but i'm not sure what it's called so I can purchase one on the internet without getting bent over at the dealership. Any help would be appreciated

Just take that hose to an auto parts store and get some from them.

I recently replaced the identical hose. I just got some from Autozone, it was about $1.10 per foot. I used fuel line hose. Mine was completely collapsed. When replaced, it cleared the same codes you are having but I havent noticed any improvement in engine performance but my brake pedal is much more firm now.

When you do replace it, make sure you pay extra attention to the direction that the arrows are pointing on the plastic couplings.

Ok that makes me feel better. I have an appt with the volvo dealer tomorrow. I'll pick up a hose from the dealership if its not too pricy. I have a fuel pump issue. Damn car keeps shutting off at the pump and overspills. Thanks for the help

Just replaced the line myself and I was told it connects to the brake booster which would explain the firmer pedal. Mine was a little squishy before and I felt pulsating in the brake lines before. Nice to know it is fixed now. Thanks for the help everyone
