Default Very slow on accleration

My 1998 Volvo S70 with an automatic transmission seems to be very slow on accleration, while I am driving it seems to running very heavy, and when at a stop the car would vibrate under 1000rpm. Checked the oil level and its fine. The engine light is on.
Also, my A/C condenser quit on me, and the dealer wants $1200 to replace it, and fix the problem with warranty. The other root is getting a used one installed for $500 with no warranty.
For the power issue, i use regular octane fuel, and have an oil change every 3000km-4000km with 5W30 Castrol GTX motor oil.

Default Codes

Can you get an OBD-II and scan the codes. My car is also slow on startup (non-turbo) and right now the CEL is on because of a bad IACV.
