Default What can i push my motor too?

I'm sure most of you know my deal! Ok so my money is stocked up i got about $2000 checked out engine good and transmission checked out fine. Now i want a 19t turbo, bigger injectors, walbro fuel pump, OBX Exhaust, IPD intercooler. What can i expect to see from those mods on top of my CAI and MSD ignition? What should i have Upsolute tune everything too before my engine cant take it.
And i plan to drive the car every day i would be awesome if i can push 300HP out of it would make me very pleased. And if it can handle more with this set of Wiseco Pistons and connecting rods and some better head studs i will fork out the extra cash. I just need to know what the stock volvo block can handle i am willing to put as much time effort and work into it as possible! I will be starting a build page on my website i will put link to it when i a start into the project.

The first thing I would suggest is that you strool on over to TurboBricks.com or SwedSpeed.com to focus on your HP mods. This site is more geared to helping people get their car started than helping you out run 6 cop cars.

Other than that, you can probably safely squeeze about 320 HP out of these motors before you start breaking stuff and spending more time fixing things more than you will driving the car.

You have to be a little more careful building a GLT motor. They are not as strong as the T5 motors.

I think you should get a tune first. I've noticed you said nothing about controlling and stopping power!!! I suggest upgrading the full braking system and better suspension parts ie... Shocks and struts, strut bar, sway bars and end links, durable rotors and pads. Make sure your brakes lines are good, then you should upgrade the turbo and all that jazz.
