I want to lower the my s70. I know their is lowering springs out there.. I was thinking of the ipd springs or the h&r? but what i don't know is. if i do this do i need to buy shocks?struts? all this other things? please help.

 

Are you doing the labor yourself?

Do you know when the last time your shocks, struts, control arms, etc. were replaced?

I got the IPD springs to put on along with a complete rebuild kit. Control arms, end links, shocks, struts, seats, etc.

 

Honestly what does Him doing the Labor has to do with the question asked?

 

If it's me and I'm going to have someone put the springs on I would replace everything as opposed to making two trips and getting charged for doing some of the same things twice.

If I'm doing it myself, maybe I don't mind having to take the wheels off twice and whatnot.

 

Thanks for the reply. i would be doing it myself if i can just put the springs on. if i do, how soon would i have to get shocks/struts? what is the lifespan of the shocks and struts that come with the car? i know there still in very good condition. any reccomendation in which ones i should get and where? thankS!
