Default Wheres eveyone getting parts

Alright guys im new to the volvo scene just got my 2000 s70 glt se and was curious as to where everyone is getting their parts not neccarily performance parts but also open to hearing where everyones getting those too but i guess specifically im looking for a cvvt solenoid at the moment and just thought id shop around might even just try cleaning it out for now.. been looking over some forums and seen fcp, hilton tuning, ipd, swesishcarparts, and rsi.. and well figured id definately ask around before buying anything online after seeing alot of people pop up in forums swearing by rsi then i go to their facebook page and see multiple people have been scammed by them so what are the places you guys have been trusting fcp and ipd seem spendy but if thats the way to go than thats the way ill go thanks in advance

I'd add Tasca Parts to the list - best dealer part pricing I've found and here in New England

I've used FCP for years dating back to their Groton days - even stopped by their current shop for a visit as they are about 25 miles from me (very clean and organized)

I've also used Tasca Parts for any genuine Volvo parts (as a bonus I use them for my daughter's Mazda as well) and I've used IPD.

FCP is also good about calling them on the phone for questions regarding part choices and install.

Thats good to know i just purchased a few things from fcp to get started im slowly starting to realize this things gonna need more work than i thought right away so ill probably be investing in a haynes book so i atleast have a reference point on hand looks like i got an issue with the timing belt starting to slip off the gears and oil ontop the engine from what i can see sounds like maybe the cvvt hub or bad cam seals (which were just replaced) so i guess im gonna try learning what i can to tackle these jobs myself

IPD is the best place to get parts if you're looking for genuine oem parts
