got help here before when abs failed and sent to victor who fixed it. now when i start car get whirring sound from drivers side of engine. 'Does not happen all the time. whirring is the same whether car is moving or sitting still. does not increase in volume when i accelerate. lasts about one to two minutes and then stops. car drives fine. does not change when i turn steering wheel. any idea what this is or how to find out? thanks once again for any and all help.

 

Maybe it is the air pump behind the front bumper?
