Default 04' S80 Engine Light issue

I bought a used 04 S80 2.9 (Non-Turbo) with 73k. Car runs great, but recently the engine light came on. I use my generic scanner to see what the code was and it showed P0132(Bank1, Sensor1 O2 sensor). I bought the part at Volvo and had my local mechanic install it for me. The car was good for a few days and the light came back on. This time I brought it to Volvo and they pulled the same issue. The check the part and its connection as well as a few other things and they determined that the local guy could not properly clear the code. So they did. The car was good for a day (60 miles) this time. I brought it back to Volvo and they checked everything. They check all the connections and well as those to the ECM and all the PINS to make sure nothing was loose. They said they would see the signal drop to the sensor. they also did an adaptive software update and powered down all the modules and powered them back up. They had the car for two days and put 100 miles on it with a flight record attached. All seemed fine. It has been a week and I put just over 200 miles on it and the light just came back on. So needless to say it is going back to Volvo. I am just frustrated!
Has anyone had this type of issue or does anyone have any insight to what could be going on? Thank you.
