Default 1999 S80 no start/crank

I have seen a lot of posts for no starts but nothing is working. To start from the beginning i was driving home one night after possibly when i went over a speed bump, my ABS lights came on on the dash, speedo and tach went to zero and AC was blowing hot air. Car seemed to run fine so i drove home. When i got home i shut it off and tried to start it back up. It attempted and then didn't seem right i shut it off as it was late and i had other things to do. Checked it later and the car would not crank at all. The door locks, windows are in op and the Antenna ring was lit and wouldn't go out also the door jam lights stay on all the time now, which killed the battery. After re charging and having the battery tested, I replaced the ignition switch and didn't change anything. But the antenna ring does not light up at all anymore. All i get now when i turn the key is the check engine light and nothing. Sounds like the ECM up on the front of the engine hums for awhile but that's it. I am getting main battery voltage to the battery and battery does turn when jumpered across. When the key is turned though i do not get any voltage to the small wire on the started solenoid to actuate it. I don't think the information screen on the dash works so i am not getting any messages. Was thinking that the IMMOBILIZER was activated. I have also tried the turn on and off 5 times, turn to 2 and hold odometer reset till eng flashes. But nothing is working and this has racked my brain for several months now. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Also not showing any codes with a reader. When hooked up to the VAIDIS by a friend (it think thats how it is spelled) it couldn't even comunincate with anything in the car. It seemed to a little but but showed no codes or any modules at all. It did read the card before with no problems.

try two things (which work with other car models) : 1) disconnect the postive battery terminal and make sure you have a full charge and make sure all fuses are good. Reconnect after 30 minutes or so. 2) with the key fob, hit lock/unlock about 5-10 times. Hopefully that will get the immobilizer to reset (assuming that's at fault).

I know this is a long shot but try locking/unlocking the drivers door with the key repeatedly then see if it resets.

Tried with both keys about 40 times. Only the drivers door will do anything. The other sites won't do anything. They have to be manually unlocked. Also the alarm light on the dash doesn't come on

One other idea to try - if you can find the CEM under the dash, try reseating the connectors. Its possible they could have worked loose or need to be reseated to make a good contact.
