I have a 2000 S80 T6. I have 3 engine codes on it which are P0448, P0245, and P0445. I have taken it to service, they told me Turbo Westegate solenoid and EVAP purge solenoid, and Air vent is getting low signal. hey think its a wiring issues, but they cant fix.

I have measured the signal on these selenoid, it's 3.65, i also located the wire (white) that comes from ECM to the solenoid and measured it right at where it lease the ECm, and it comes up the same.

Question:

1- Is the 3.65 a normal signal, or it has to be over 4.5
2- Since its the low valtage right where it leaves the ECM, is this something wrong with the ECM?
3- Where are the engine groung connections, i can only find 2, one at the valve cover, and the other one on the front bottom where engine and tranny connects. Am I missing one?

seems like nobody has any idea, or dont wanna make comment... anyway, just and update, i have replaced the whole wiring harness for the engine, the codes are still the same, so i am thinking it's the ECM....
