Default Just bought an S80

Hello Everyone-

Spent along time with Saab and my Wife wanted something else and we stumbled upon a 2009 S80 3.2 for what I feel a ridiculous price with service records and clean car fax (although I know they are not 100%) But body is in near perfect condition.

Not asking any questions like, is this a realible car, what should I expect in repairs, because I already did some research I always find it weird people buy cars and then ask about the issues.

Very nice car, my first Volvo. The Swedish make great cars, been happy with our Saabs, I still have my 9-3, and so far so good on the S80.

Its got all the packages from what I could tell from Volvo's website- and from other resources but the rims and the engine

No GPS, no rear entertainment, dyaudio stereo park assist, heated window washers, etc

Nice 80, we love ours. 3.2 will do what you need it to quite well.

I have the 2009 S80 T6 and really like the car alot. Most comfortable seats i have ever sat in. Car has some get up and go too for a 6 cyl. Very impressed so far. I have a black Volvo as well.

You didn't mention whether you had a sunroof or not in this Volvo.. If so I would tell you to make sure if you park it outside make sure every 180 days you check your sunroof drains. They can become clogged and end up flooding your passenger floor compartment . They are considered a 'maintenance requirement of the owner'. This is Not specified in the owners manual though. As well as clearing the debris under your hood near cowling and underneath the cowling of your fastback into the trunk area.

There have been some issues with folks having sunroofs..

Learn something new everyday -I'd better go clean out the '98's and 05's drains since I never have!
