Question 2002 S80 steering stops

Having an issue with (particularly on the driver's side) the inside of the tire rubbing on the fender well on a sharp low-speed turn. Someone suggested changing the steering stops. Is this a major job, or does it need to be done at a shop specializing in front end repairs? Any advice is appreciated! Thanks!

There is only 2 screws holding it onto the control arm.
Make sure the one that is there isn't broke/missing.
If it is there there is a thicker one you can upgrade to.

Thanks a bunch!!! I will check. If the one that is there (or supposed to be) DOES happen to be broken, or missing, where would I find a thicker one? Is that going to be a dealer only type part?
