Default 2008 s80 4.4l no power

I had the starter replaced today but when it was all done there is no power to center console. No radio, no blower no park assist etc. Nothing on that console displays except mute when Bluetooth connects. No power to the terminal under dash used to do diagnostic. Mechanic took everything apart again and checked every fuse under hood, trunk and under dash can't find any bad fuses. Starter works great but in winter I need heat. Any ideas would be great. Disconnected battery terminals and held together for 30 seconds and still no luck.

Without a diagnostic scan tool, no clue.

Yeah that would be great to have but I was wondering which fuse or whatever would effect the radio, heater controls and the diagnostic port

It was a 5 amp fuse. The mechanic said it was for a memory module. I would love to know the actual name and fuse location and number. He said it is under the dash. Working again
