When cleaning my throttle body this weekend, I discovered some oil spray on the heat shield mat under my hood. I assume this is probably a pressure issue and my PCV system needs cleaning/replacement. The car has roughly 175k miles so I am probably going to replace the system rather than try cleaning it. My question is if it is cheaper to buy individual parts from somewhere or the kit from IPD?

My skid guard under the car is pretty torn up as well and I am considering springing for the metal version from IPD. Anyone ever have good luck with these or should I go for another plastic one. I figure I need to go ahead and replace it when I do my O2 sensors... Any advice is appreciated.
