Question '99 S80 popping 5 amp fuse

Have a '99 S80 that was habitually popping a 5 amp fuse that controls the turn signals and all the controls on the steering wheel and steering column (like intermittent wipers and washers). In the past, I would just replace the fuse and be good to go but now, that's not doing the trick. Any ideas? Also, when the 5 amp replacement didn't work any more, I looked for other fuses that may be the problem. I popped the "central control module" fuse and the wipers started going and the horn started honking. I put the fuse back in but now have a "SRS airbag service-URGENT" warning being displayed. Also, now my sunroof doesn't work even though the fuse is good. It was starting to intermittently not work but now it doesn't work at all. Fortunately, it stopped working in the closed position

The steering wheel module might have gone bad.
But you would need to pull codes from all the systems to find out for sure.
