Default ABS/BREAKS/TRANS/ WARNGING LIGHTS

Ok here we go again... I jus got my volvo back from getting a diagnostics on the car and it came up with alot of crap on the msg center which added up is gonna cost me about 1200.. + or - a few cents. Now knowing whats wrong with my car I went to auto zone and can buy most of the things such as abs module for 200 with a 3yr warranty and a break light sensor is out which is like 50.00 and some other misc problems struts, tires bla bla.... anyways .. I did some research and found some other people on http://www.fixya.com/cars/t763203-va..._lights_go_off . are having the same prob... so I was reading this and this person said " abs brain at fault.
apparently, these circuit boards are put together by low paid workers. the solder quality is poor therefore you need to open the box with a junior hacksaw carefully, prize it apart and re solder the joints on the inside of where the connector pins are joined to the circuit board.
problem solved. "
I have this exact problem and I know other people on this site have had the same problem and I need to know if this is a possibility to fix the problem.. Tech can ya help me out.. ??

Sincerely
Laid off from work and Frustrated with another Lemon !

I just opened and resoldered the wifes ABS module about 1.5 months ago and no problems with it.

Follow this post. I opened mine different. We had a vise at work that I clamped it into then used a screw driver and pryed the cover up using the vise as a resting point.

Do u think this is gonna resolve my issues with all the warning lights or is this jus to eliminate that factor ? cause with exception of the tranny slipping in first the car " in my opinion " runs fine but then again this is my first volvo so I'm not really sure how its supposed to drive and run.. but I'm learning slowly.

I'll check that link, thanx for ur help.. I'll let ya know what I find.

If the arrow is flashing the car starts off in 3rd gear.

The ABS module usually sets codes in the ECM,ABS,and Transmission module.

Unless there is other problems as well it should fix it.
