So both lights and the CEL has been on for a while and the code is p1550 I think is related to tthe abs and trac, BUt yesterday when changing the front pads i saw that one of the cables to the speed sensor was broken. So i knew that has to be the problem I put it back togueter and it was ok but Do i have to go to a scanner device to clear the codes I tried yesterday disconnecting the battery but no luck!!

 

Easiest thing to do is stop by Autozone. They have readers and they can read and clear your codes.

 

i have a reader and before i knew the connector was bad it throw the code p1550. I guess is related to the abs and trac. i did repair the cable that was broken from the sensor. I think i have to a place so they can clear it or check if something else is bad.
