Default Air Flow Meter?

2003 S80 with 125K and still runs great. However, the check engine light has been on since changing the air filter and plugs. Computer codes says needs new AFM. Is this an easy part to replace?

If you have a vacuum leak it can throw that code.

That seems easy enough. I'll give it a try. This site is the best. Thanks

Default Air Flow Meter - Part 2

Would a bad AFM cause a problem changing gears? I cleaned the sensor with CRC. That did not clear the check engine light but now I seem to have new problem. Going from 2nd to 3rd is rough.
