I have a '99 Volvo s80 turbo. Aout 3 months after I bought it, the problems started piling up, so now I have to fix them. Does anyone know where I might find a complete car care manual for my car? I've looked at the top 3, Haynes, Chilton and Peterson, but no luck. Is there any others? Thanks.

 

Log on to ebay and purchase a copy of "vadis" Vo lvo Aftermarket Diagnostic Information System
or something to that effect....
You could pull the whole car to bits and put it back together with Vadis...

I just got the vadis from ebay. It is quite awesome. I wish I knew what I was doing,but EVERYTHING is on it.

 

Thanks for the tip. Now, does this Vadis cover all volvos and stuff, or do I have to find a specific one?

 

My copy covers all Volvo's from 98-06
check the ebay auction it will list all cars covered..

my copy seems to cover every model from the 240 thru the xc 90 from the late 70's on. It is unbelievable. I just made a copy of it, and I think the copy is going to work. I am going to try to install it into one of my other pc's tomorrow or Sunday. A must have.
