I have noticed lately that when the weather is cold in the morning my brake pedal is really hard to push. After a few min. and a couple of pushes it loosens up and feels normal. Any ideas? Also my washer pump doesn't seem to be pumping either. I can feel it vibrate when someone pushes the switch but nothing comes out. Once angain, any ideas?
