BULB FAILURE
I've had this error since I bought the car. I cannot figure out how to get rid of it. Yesterday my passenger tail light went out (not brake light, just the regular running light part of the tail light) and I replaced 2 bulbs on the bottom light part (middle and outside). Both the middle and the outside bulbs work on the drivers side. Both reverse lights work. All turn signals work. Headlights work. High beams work. Fog lights work. The only bulb I cannot get to work, is on the bottom row of 3 on the tail light, the inner most bulb (closest to the trunk). They are both NOT burnt out from what I can tell, but they were both totally differant sizes. One was about the size of my BRAKE lights, and one was the same size as the tail light bulb (5007). Can anyone help me figure out what the right size bulb is for this place, and how I can this to turn on to figure out if thats the problem?

RE: BULB FAILURE
If the car is pre-2004 that should be the rear fog light bulb. There should only be one on the driver's side. Perhaps someone has put a bulb in the other side to try it. The correct size is 21w, BA15.
The rear fog light will only come on in conjunction with the high/low beam lights.
It is possible that a bad number plate bulb can givea bulb malfunction warning.
