Hi guys, I'm hoping someone can help me out with what these codes mean for my 2007 Volvo S80, 3.2. My check engine light is on with no messages, so I pulled the codes and got this:

P001D
Intake A cam shaft profile control circuit/open bank 2

P0353
Ignition Coil C Primary/Secondary Circuit Malfunction

Anyone know? The Volvo dealership said these codes don't mean anything and I need to bring it in so they can take the readings with their machine. a) it's far away and I don't know if it's safe to take it there b) I want to see if it's an easy fix for me to do it myself.

Looks like a possible issue with the coil or wiring on cyl #3 and an issue with a VVT solenoid.

 

Thanks so much for the reply! Just curious, if you're standing at the front of the car looking at the coils, which one is cylinder #3? I assume it's one of the two middle ones and I can always do trial and error, but maybe you know off the top of your head while I wait for my new ignition coil. Thanks again!
