I have a 2001 Volvo S80 and one day a continuous clicking noise appeared in my passenger door that appears to be from the passenger side window. At first the noise went away after a while, but now it is continuous. One night the noise lasted all night and my car would not start the next day. I took the fuse out to my power lokcs and windows so the clicking would stop. Does any one know what is causing this? Can I fix it by accessing the inside of the door panel?

When I put the fuse back in to open my driver side window for a drive-thru, I notice the driver side control does not work to lower the passenger window.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

 

The same thing is happening to my 2001 s60. Have you found a solution yet?
