cup holder removal

I have a 1999 S80 and the pop up cup holder is not working properly. I unscrewed the one screw at the bottom but it was still tight. How does the cup holder come out? Thanks.

one more screw

there is another screw under the plastic tab along the surface. Just pop out the small plastic rectangle to get to it.
