Door locks trunk lock

Default Door locks trunk lock
Just bought an 01 s80 2.9 all the doors and trunk stay locked unless i turn the key in the door a couple times to unlock everything anyone know what could cause this to happen?

That's pretty standard for Volvo. When you lock the car, it locks everything. You have to unlock like you are doing to get the trunk to open by hand.
