Hello im in need of some help here I bought a 2009 volvo s80 t6 AWD, passenger front caliper and rotor needs replaced. The rotors in the front are 300mm and im having a heck of a time trying to find caliper for the 300mm rotor all the local stores sell are for the 315 or 336 rotors. So my question is how hard is it to switch from 300mm rotors to 315mm rotors since parts are more available wheel size are 17s

 

did you try eBay? I have ML350 Mercedes and xc90 Volvo, there is no shortage of parts. If they are quoted as OEM they are identical to original parts, made by the same manufacturer, just missing the Volvo part numbers. The price difference is also dramatic: Fuel pump at Mercedes ~$500, eBay $69

 

Well I took a chance and I think it paid off I went ahead and got the bigger caliper since I had already got the 315 rotors everything fit together no problem dust cover still fit and the 17 inch wheel went on with clearance so im going to roll with it unless someone tells me thats a bad idea
