Default gear box problem

Hi good evening

After a short ride yesterday I parked my car, after a few hours I start the car and I hear a tick from the starter and that's it.
In the dashboard instead of the letter P has a line: -

No matter I shift to D or N or R line does not change and the car will not start

And light on the gear box does not work. I tried to disconnect the battery and plug back in but no help. and it says stop safly and restart

Please Help

Sounds like a dead battery. Time to replace it.

Most likely the battery has enough juice for the lights, but not for the starter. With a weak battery, it will just produce a click on your starter. Have you tried to jump the car? If that works, then it's the battery that needs to be replaced.
