Hi, I am a new member on this forum. I have a 1999 S80 with 175k miles and problems are beginning to appear.

Lately my car starts hesitate to accelerate at about 65 mph. It starts to kind of shake and is not a good feeling at all. Have anyone had this similar problem?

 

Do you know when the last tune up was?
Does the check engine light flash when it happens?

 

Last tune up was done about 15k miles ago. There is no check engine light on. A local indy suspect it might be the transmission. Any ideas?

 

When it happens does it feel like it is trying to shift when the shutter happens?

 

Cv boot cracked, bad joint? That happened to me.

 

Time for a new throttle body replacement its only going to get worse. Should be covered like mine for 10years or 300,000km.had mine done last MAY FOR FREE.
