Default How do you reset air bag light

I bought the car with a slight interior fire in the back seat / headliner and the guy I bought it from had replace the seats but the electrical plugs did not match. I just replaced the seat with the correct ones and the rear seat back plug in and the front seats plugs. Had the battery disconnected for about two days to do the seat swap. Hooked up the battery today and the seats work but the SRS light is still on the dash and in the message center. How do you reprogram this? Please don't tell me I need to go to the dealer!

You need to go to someone that can read and reset the codes. If you have a Volvo specialist near you they might be able to do it cheaper than the Dealer.

To reset the Air Bag Light (ABL), you need to provide ground or negative to the TC and AB into the OBDI slot inside of your car need the fuse box. So, I made this during my lunch hours. I used a car phone charger and use it as ground.
