Hi,

I am currently unable to lock or unlock my car with the key. It will turn in the door, but it doesn’t want to lock.

This happened suddenly. I didn’t close the back driverside door completely so when I tried to open again, it was locked and the alarm went off. I went to open the driver door, the alarm went off. When I tried to unlock the driver door the ke wouldnt work!

I was able to get into the vehicle through the trunk with the key.

The spare key doesnt work as well. Interesting enough, the master key on the door panel also stopped working. I disconnected the battery with know luck.

Any quick solutions I can try? Your advice would be greatly appeciated since I live in New Orleans and leaving my car unlocked at night is not a great idea.
