I need bulb replacements for lights behind the AC / temp panel. Also the trip computer. But when I ordered parts last time, I got bulbs that were black with blue bulbs, and the burned ones I pulled out were white. Does this matter?

I think the temp sensor might also need replacement, and this could be causing good bulbs to not function or light up. I know how to pull the dash and panels. Any advice welcome.
