Lights, HomeLink Not Working
My wife has a s80 2001 and today when she got home from work she could not open the garage door using the homelink system. Also the icons on the mirror (trunk open, etc) do not work nor do the overhead lights when you push the button..only when you open the door.
Is it a blown fuse or something much worse?
*edit* also there are no error messages in the display window

I used the remote last night because the button to lock the doors did not work either. This morning everything seems to be working fine. Any idea what would have caused that to happen?

The battery has not been dead yet. Although it has been really cold here, like in the single degits for highs.
Today she was leaving work and she said it poped up with a warning the engine coolant was low. Also said it was running really rough. So she stopped and turned it off and then turned it back on a few minutes later. Everything was normal at that point and she drove home about 10 miles with out any other problems.

It might have been the Cold weather.
The recall unless it changed in the last year was for either to add a swivel to the remote or replace the plastic buttons in the remote.
