i noticed a noise like my cv joints were messing up for a few weeks now and today i had a strange odor coming from the car so i popped the hood to find a metal looking hose disconnected and when i reconnect it on to my engine it makes a stranger noise what is this metal looking hose and what could be causing this noise? and lastly would cause the hose to fall loose. thanks for any help in advance.
