Default Passenger Side Front Door Window

Hello,
My Passenger Side Front Door Window is off the tracks and I tried taking apart the door panel to get in there to fix it, however I ran into a bump. After you pull the plastic off, there is another barrier that I can not get passed. Has anyone ever tried this or know how to fix it. Please help, any input will be appreciated.

Thanks,
- DizzyD89

First I will bet your plastic blocks broke.
There is access holes to get into the door to work on the regulator and window.

I would buy new ones.
They attach the regulator to the glass.
