i know that they all have an interior auto dim mirror, but do the newer ones have the exterior mirrors that dim as well? at least the drivers? i had a 99t6 which my sister drives now & i loved it, now i have an 03 jeep grand cherokee n all the mirrors dim, now i can't stand driving another car at night!

What do you mean by dim? I don't seem to see that with my S80....

 

Well its really cool! my sister's s80 has it but its not working (trying to figure out why in another thread). If your mirror has the little tab underneath, then u don't have the auto dim. But there are light sensors and at night when a car comes up behind you, the mirrors dim, they kind of turn dark blue, but just enough to reduce the glare, not to were u can't c whats in the mirror. my old audi a6 had it too! i'm thinking about getting a newer 04-05 s80 again so i wanted to see if they come with this feature
