Default question:

After driving for a while and I bring it in the garage I notice one thing.....

1.) After I shut the car off it does this type of noise..... "click click click click click click" for like a few seconds.... is this bad?

2.) Second, I had the a/c running one day, and I was reversing, i sorta was kinda tapping the accelerator kinda quick, and making the car jump, Id hit the brake......the odometer that reads speed, would kind of vibrate and pop up and down abnormally, I tried it again, and it did it 6-7 times and stalled out....

Started it again, and it was fine.....Is this something to worry about also?

Default RE: question:

1.) front part of the car, driver side is where the clicking noise comes from...

2.) it would vibrate also.. but i wont do it anymore....LOL

3.) Also I smell something like the type of smell you get when a new car is driven home, that new burning smell(where everything is kinda braking in).

I have not been able to get to changing the trans pan gasket, but will very soon....Could it be related?

I doubt the trans. thing is from the Gasket leaking but maybe also. Have you checked the fluid lately?

The clicking might be the throttle body settling down.

Also check the upper mount and make sure it isn't broke.

Default RE: question:

that probably explains the clickin sound....is that normal?

i park on a hill, and when backing down the hill(driveway is the hill) to a flat part of the road i hear a bunch of springs go off from the driver side tire area. Could that mean the upper mount is the cause?

Ill check the fluid and upper mount tommorow.

Could very well be.

I gave someone a link to your car domain. They were from another forum asking where to get signal from to run AMPS.

Default RE: question:

lol sweet...its real simple, run wires (2 from each side) to an rca box...and take ur rca cables, connect them to your rca box and amp...Problem is the signal from a stock deck is all over the place....reccommend a Jl cleansweep, makes the signal better.

he PM'd me, but when I replied, there was something wrong with his e-mail.....

on to other news..... I was lookin under my car, and this big size plastic sheet was there, one side was completely not bolted in....I think when they were checking the trans pan gasket leak....they may not bolted it on correctly??
