Default Which S80

My wife saw a nice 2010 S80 at a Fiat dealer the other day and said she wants one of them. OK, sure hon, let me find 16K under the bed. Well, I see the s80 has been around for a bit. I own a 98 V70. Aren't there S80's that run the 5 cyl motor? I've heard it best to stay away from the Turbo 6, how about the N/A 6? AWD a problem in these cars or are problems similar to my V70, propshaft failure etc. I like the car too and would like to start looking at them. I may well check out the S60's too. S70 however is a bit bland.
Thanks,

in 07 the S80 was redesigned with a V8, a T6 or a 3.2NA motor, ours is the 3.2, and is plenty powerful enough to do what we need it to do. put your foot down and it goes. The last gen S80 was a bit different and had the "normal" issues with the drivetrain, crappy GM trans, etc. There was a twin turbo option that was apparently pretty sweet.

Our '06 has the 2.5 turbo engine and I believe '05 do too.

I have an '05 S80 AWD which comes with the 2.5T. Has been a wonderful car, very reliable and so comfortable. Certainly not the most powerful car I've owned but is still enjoyable to drive. I hit 120,000 today, look forward to that many more in the next few years.
